SNACKBAR "NIGHT AT THE BALLPARK" GIVEAWAY — OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

1. Eligibility
This giveaway is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry: (a) are 21 years of age or older; (b) are current, actively employed budtenders at a licensed Illinois cannabis dispensary; and (c) are legal residents of Illinois. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Snackbar or its affiliated companies are not eligible.

2. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by Snackbar ("Sponsor").

3. Entry Period
Entries must be submitted via the official entry form at http://www.snackbarvape.com/cubs-giveaway between 7/29/26 at 12:00pm CST and 8/21/26 at 12:00pm CST ("Entry Period"). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be counted.

4. How to Enter
Complete and submit the official entry form, including full name, dispensary name and location, and valid contact information. One entry per person. Multiple entries from the same individual will be void.

5. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Winner will be notified directly via the contact information provided on the entry form within 3 days of the Entry Period ending.

6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive two (2) tickets to one (1) Chicago Cubs home game at Wrigley Field, date and seating subject to availability ("Prize"). Approximate retail value: $[215]. No cash alternative or substitution is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize is non-transferable.

7. Verification
Winner may be required to verify eligibility (including proof of age and current employment at a licensed Illinois dispensary) before Prize is awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not meet eligibility requirements or who submits false information.

8. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the giveaway. Sponsor's decisions are final in all matters relating to this giveaway.

10. Release & Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants release Sponsor, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any liability related to participation in this giveaway or use of the Prize.

11. No Affiliation
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the Chicago Cubs, Major League Baseball, or any of their affiliates.

12. Privacy
